Registration
You must register online using the link above by the date listed above to attend the conference. Verification of attendance will occur at multiple times throughout the webinar and your responses will be required to receive CEUS. Also, after the conference you will be required to complete the Course Evaluation and Learning Assessment via Survey Monkey.
There is a cancellation fee of $5.00 if you are unable to inform us that you are no longer able to attend in writing before registration ends. There are no substitutions or exchanges. Thank you for understanding.
